Crimped wire mesh is a metal mesh made from stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, iron wire, and other materials that are pre-crimped (crimped) and then woven using a bi-directional interlacing technique. It features uniform mesh opening, rigid structure, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in coal mines, construction, petroleum, metallurgy, agriculture, and livestock industries for screening, isolation, protection, and decoration operations.

Weave Types

Double Crimped Wire Mesh

A weaving method where each metal wire is precisely crimped and positioned according to the predetermined mesh size before weaving. Each metal wire is precisely crimped at the interlacing points to ensure that the wires maintain a fixed cross position during weaving.

It is commonly used in industrial screening, construction protection, and machinery equipment isolation.

Double Intermediate Crimped Wire Mesh

The metal wire exhibits a wavy bend at different interwoven positions. Unlike double crimped wire mesh where all nodes are fixed, it forms a staggered arrangement structure, with the metal wire showing a regular 'stepped' bend during weaving.

It is commonly used in fields such as mining, coal, and construction where coarse material screening is required.
